Nothing beats a curry, they are truly sublime. I'll pay close attention to this thread as I'd love to start cooking my own, the hotter the better.

Hottest i've eaten in a vindaloo on several occassions.
I've had a vindaloo from weahterspoons which was extremely hot, then i had one from a proper indian restaurant and it was tame in comparison.
I find it funny sometimes when i order a vindaloo, because i'm use to it, it's hot but manageable then one of my friends will try a bit the size of a pee and it'll blow their whole face off.
