Lot of friends asked me but I don't know, do they look for people who are sporty etc...?

The simple answer: no, unless you do Sport & Exercise Science.

Loughborough is just like any other university. If you do some extra-curricular activities, admissions tutors may look more fondly upon you, but they're mainly looking at your academic achievements. Because we have a prominent Sport & Health Science department doesn't mean all the others want you to be sporty.
