Am I too late with finding a house?

I have a group of 7 set but we're still looking for a house? We want to stick around cotham/redland area but I think we may be too late for any good ones. A lot of my friends have theirs under offer from before Christmas but it just happened we didnt get the ones we wanted before Christmas. Does any 2nd/3rd years know more about whether or not housing is difficult to get from January onwards?

I doubt it, most people are too busy with exams at this point to start looking for a house.

A lot of houses only come onto the market in January so you should be alright, but you do have a large group so finding an amazing house might be difficult..
