I do roughly 8kg 10 reps 3 sets then I go 7 10 reps one set the 6 kg 10 reps then 5 10 reps then 4 10 reps
You'll see your arms grow whilst in the gym leave it for about a day to let the muscle repair and go back and repeat although try to keep going heavier
Or do 8 kg 10 reps one set 9 kg 10 reps one set 10 and 11
It's up to you I just find it better to go from high to low because when I get to low it eases my muscles and allowed them to open and contract better
