Cystic Fibrosis Research

Hi all,
I'm really hoping this will work!
I'm writing a big project called 'Living with Cystic Fibrosis' and I'm looking for some people with Cystic Fibrosis to fill in a quick, ten-question survey. It's totally confidential, you don't have to say you've done it but you can if you want to.

The survey does not ask for any of your personal details, only some experiences you have had with your illness.
Also, if you are reading this and you know someone with cystic fibrosis I beg you to pass it on if they will be comfortable.

As I appreciate this is a very personal matter a full disclaimer is included at the beginning of the survey, all questions are optional and you can add as much or as little detail as you want.
