Should we introduce a 'Fat Tax' to the UK?

I would like to ask you to take part in a research I am conducting by completing a survey that will assess conspiracy ideation and its correlation with different thinking styles. In other words I hope to investigate the thinking style of people who support the idea of conspiracy theories, as well as the thinking styles of the people who don't. The survey will take no longer than 10 minutes. Your answers are 100% confidential, and will only be used for this particular study.
