question about UCL maths offer
hello guys, i want to ask you about ucl maths offers. one of my friends got a offer from ucl , and we are apply same course ( i applied maths, my friend applied maths&physics ) .he received the offer on 15-jan , but i haven't heard anything from ucl , part from they ask me to provide UMS marks , we were send application same time and my average UMS maybe slightly higher than him around 89.5 . is that normal , he received the offer earlier than me ? i am worried
