Question about using primary sources

For my EPQ essay, I've used a number of primary sources and quoted them, referenced them etc. However, I found these primary sources in books/websites (i.e. someone else has used them for their academic books/websites). Therefore, do I reference the primary sources on its own...

E.g. Communist manifesto, 22nd June 1941 (random example)

Or as they reference it on their website:

E.g. Communist manifesto, 22nd June 1941, reproduced from X, written by Y (1973)

OR ALTERNATIVELY!

E.g. Communist manifesto, 22nd June 1941, reproduced from X, written by Y (1973), found on www.hello.com/123 [Accessed: 1st January 2014]

Thanks for any help!
