Is "Is israel destroying itself with its..." a good EPQ title?

Is "Is Israel destroying itself with its settlement policy?" a good EPQ title to use?
Also, would you presume it to be an interesting topic even if you have no knowledge of middle-eastern affairs?

If it interests you and you think you'll be able to get enough information about it, sure. Personally, I think the question is a bit restrictive (and I also think it has a pretty obvious answer, i.e. 'No') but it's completely your choice. However, I don't really understand how you can be interested in this topic yet know nothing about middle-eastern affairs? Surely if you were interested you would have already done some research?
