Accidentally swallowed a penny

Last night I swallowed a 1 pence piece trying to save the queen from drowning, will it just pass or am I going to get copper poisoning or something?

Save the queen from drowning what. Not even sure if srs, but no I swallowed a 1p coin years ago as a kid and was fine.

It could scratch the inside of your stomach and cause internal bleeding, so you should probably go see a doctor

There are no sharp edges - I have seen far worse go through bowels - it will pass.


Gives new meaning to spending a penny tho
