Leg-extension 35x8, 65x5, 105x5, 125x5, 125x5, 125x7, 145x4
Narrow grip(?) t-bar row 20x5, 40x5, 50x5, 65x5, 65x5, 65x5
Romanian deadlift 60x10, 60x8, 60x8

This isn't my usual routine, just felt like mixing it up for a session with a bit of strength training.
No squats because of my screwed up hip-flexor.

Shoulder DB press 15x10, 20x8
Arnold press 20x8, 20x6
Cable side lateral raise 6.25x10, 6.25x8, 6.25x8
Front lateral raise 6.25x8, 6.25x10
Reverse cable flies 5x8, 5x10, 5x10
Smith shrugs 55x10, 55x10, 95x7, 55x10
Followed by some ab work.

your OHP seems low compared to your bench, better OHP=better bench.

I've neglected it quite a lot because I've always struggled with improving it. I'll start giving it more attention.

On a side note, I only really started with free-weight squats and deads in October; the gym I went to before didn't even have a squat rack.
Your bench is high considering your other lifts and your weight. I smell a bro. Welcome! :awesome:

Old gym had a bench for a while, then they refurbished and got rid of it. Only started squatting and deadlifting free-weight in October, old gym had no squat rack either see. OHP is just my (extremely) weak spot.

Alsodon't think I'll find a gym as good as my uni one in a loooooooong time, so many squat racks, benches, and platforms :coma:

15/02/14 - Chest/Triceps (fasted); slightly different workout today

Incline bench 50x8, 80x4, 60x(10, 8, 8) [the sets of 60 were with my gym partner pushing down on the bar on the negative part of the rep]
Flat bench 60x(10, 8, 8), 100x1(F) SS with 60x6 [first three sets of 60 again were with gym partner pushing down on the negative part of the rep]
Low chest flies (targeting upper chest) 8.5x(10, 10, 8) last set SS with pushups to failure
Skullcrushers 20x20, 20x(8,8,6) [last three sets of 20 with gym partner pushing down on negative part of the rep]
Tricep overheard cable extension 24.5x(10, 10, 8)
Bent over tricep cable extension 5x(10, 10)

Felt dat dere pump today, nice workout.

Third and fourth reps were a big struggle. First time trying 80 on incline though.
