Bank issue
I have no bank account and cant get one from any where because of my credit is bad.is there another way student finance can pay me by cheque or cash

You haven't looked hard enough.
Go to barclays and ask for a basic account. I'm bankrupt and have one and was into defaults or ccjs with about 20-30 companies at the end of last year.
im on debt management so my credit is really bad but still got a normal current account. try tsb, they're pretty helpful.
also as others here have said, basic account may be for you.
