Is it possible to switch from Theoretical Physics undergrad to Maths undergrad?

The other day I got an email which included an invitation to the UCL open day which includes a 20 minutes interview. However, I've been thinking for a while that I want to switch to Maths due to job prospects… and Maths is what I did best in in A-level. What would be the best way to sort this out? Is it likely it could even been done? I was thinking I should do it AFTER the open day when I've actually got an offer cause if I brought it up in interview I think that could destroy everything haha.

Any advice? Thank you

I would wait until you have an offer, then email the university and ask to switch.
