Payment schedule disappeared - anyone else?

I have sent my declaration form/evidence. The status stands at payments scheduled. I have received my entitlement letter. I could previously view my payment schedule, but from yesterday it disappeared - and the due payments are not shown. Anyone else experienced this?

yes from 6 weeks.and when i call them is told me to wait 1 2 weeks more
i call after 2 weeks and same answer

thanks for replying, im glad im not alone. I really hope its a system glitch and it sorts itself out quick. Because it's going to stay on my mind till it does..:s-smilie:

The payments that you'd have seen before are "expected payment dates" and the status of these would have been approved- awaiting signature. Once you send your signature your payments are approved. However, as these are only expected payment dates they are then taken down when your application is put into the payment system for when their system sets up 2014/2015 payments which I'm informed is 4 weeks before the start of your course..
