No, really, I haven't the faintest. All of the Northern people I know all go to public schools, apart from you, dearie. That makes you special!

I think they turn out people differently, the atmospheres and environments are not too similar. That applies for the Southern/Northern regions in general.
Or I could just be meeting the wrong people.
