Is the fourth AS subject really important?

Hi

I have to choose subjects to do at A-level for this September. I think I'm going to go for Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Psychology. But then the college I'm going to apply to offers Further Maths as a package with Maths. So I'll have to choose one more subject to do at AS (I'll drop it at A2). I know that I shouldn't take Business and Economics together, but would it be okay if I just want to take it at AS level? I want to go to a top uni like UCL to study Economics. Do they actually consider it as well? Because I know that Maths & Furhter Maths is really hard (I need an A) and I don't want to take the subject like History or Geography because I'm honestly not sure if I can do it very well.
That's why I want to take Business as it is quite similar to Economics and not as hard as History.
