Does he not love me as much as I love him?

I've been in a relationship for over 11 months now and I'm not going to say it's been perfect for me but I do love him a lot I have been leaving him alone a lot to do his own stuff but I think that when I speak to him he makes me feel that he has better things to do than talk to me. I don't know how to approach the situation
