If I have a B in GCSE Computing and apply for a Computing/Computer Science course with good A levels would the University reject me? At what extent would they take that B in Computing GCSE into account.

Nah it will be fine. As long as you have more advanced logical subjects.

Basically you have relevant AS levels at a good standard. E.g. You have maths AS level at grade A.
A mate of mine applied for Economics (very competitive course) at some very good universities and received all his offers despite him only getting a B in economics AS
