Looking for 1 housemate to fill room at 4 bed property. Bills inc.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently living in a 4 bed property but because I am taking a placement year, I will be moving out when the lets up in July time So I need 1 person to fill in the space !

Its £75 per week, bills inc. (except broadband) with no usage cap on.
In a good area for uni or town really, about a 10 minute walk to uni and under 20 min walk to town. New fitted bathroom and soon to be new fitted kitchen (good size). Pictures of the new bathroom and Current kitchen can be provided if needed.

Anyone is welcome, we are a nice chilled out group.
