Law Dissertation title/topic help!

**i am currently trying to narrow down topics and come up with a title for my dissertation
I have narrowed it down to either
something to do with battered wife syndrome
or
something to do with the effect of the war on terror on international criminal law
Which do you think would be better in terms of how much research there is around? Originality etc etc

Also has anyone got any suggestions as to the titles as I cannot think of any that are not completely generic/obvious

Why not look at the effect of the war on terror on charitable trusts?
