Bptc ielts

Hi!!! I have just graduated and completed my LLB (Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University with 2:1 marks. I am transfer student from University of London International Programme where I completed Diploma-In-Law & LLB 2nd year. Then I came to UK and completed my LLB 3rd year from ARU. I have been offered a place at both BPP Law School (London) and City Law School to study the BPTC. But the problem is my visa is about to expired on May 10 and I even cannot extend it as I my new course will not start within 28 days from the day my visa expires. Now my questions are:

1. As I have studied in UK for a year so if I apply for a visa then do I have to show Ielts / TOFEL / Pearson or any other test to UKBA to show my English language ability or will BPP/City will mention on their CAS that I don't have to show it to UKBA

2. As I am a transfer student I have to get a transfer certificate from BSB. Anyone know how to get it and what documents do I have to submit.
