Do you know someone with an awesome life story?

Hi everyone,

I appreciate you'll notice I'm a new poster to these forums but I'm having to try and spread my net a bit with a project I'm currently doing and hope that some you will be kind and patient enough to read through this post and perhaps even offer some of your own stories.

I am a Art Foundation student specialising in Graphics. My final project brief is to create a set of 12 illustrations communicating the course of someone's life and also portraying the connotations of each month in their styles etc.

Whilst considering the brief I looked at various inspirations and two of those which stuck out to me were the song Tea and Toast by Lucy Spraggan and the silent introduction to Carl and Ellie and their life up til Ellie's death in the beginning of Pixar's Up. If you know either of these you hopefully will understand why I consider them strong forms of concisely communication both the joys of life and the tragedies of loss.

Therefore, I have decided I wish to focus on trying to portray the most striking and emotional moments in a person's life and with that invoke a response with the viewer and pay respect to people who have quiet but momentous life stories.

I could Google up a few "life" stories (or urban myths, who knows!) and apparent true life love stories but nothing resonates like a true story. It would be my honour and inspiration to be able to even represent a small part of a persons life story.

So this leads to my request. I would absolutely adore it if anyone out there has or knows of a life story they might wish to share for this purpose. I particularly wish to look at real life love (rather than an over-dramatised movie-esque kind) and the tragedy of loss of loved ones.
