USC tracking order

Cannot find where I find out the stage of my delivery. Anyone know?

I've gone onto FAQ about tracking orders but all it says is:
"You can track the progress of your order using a unique tracking reference number. You can find your number in your order history.

Alternatively, you can find the unique tracking reference number on the dispatch email. You will also find the link to the appropriate section of the courier's website.

For further information you can also email our Customer Services team who will look into this for you."

Which does not help at all as it doesn't give me the website where to input my ref #. I tried parcel force but my # didn't come up with any results... really want my delivery to come tomorrow so would help to know this.

Do you know what A-levels we need? I heard it was a minimum of 3 Cs. I'm predicted A*AAA but I'm still really worried! Are you going to go visit the campus?
