Struggling with 1 module on my masters

Hi

I am currently coming to the end of the first year of my two year part time distance learning masters and have been scoring very good marks in my assignments so far. The three modules are in two parts with an assignment for each part. One of the modules I am doing I scored 68% for the first assignment but the second half of the module is proving a real struggle. It has some difficult maths as well as very advanced excel modelling and I'm finding the content a real challenge. Its also the type of subject matter that doesn't lend itself well to distance learning as I have lots of questions as I'm going along. I basically have a 220 page PDF to work through and some example cases. Anyway I have just reviewed the assignment which was used two years ago and I'm now very concerned. If I can't pass this part of the module I expect I will fail the module overall and therefore the masters. Any thoughts on what my options are? Thanks
