C3 Trig Explanation

The question I am stuck on is question 6iii

Here is my working so far

I dont know why step two goes to step 3 (Step 3 is from the mark scheme),

I thought it would be 2θ + 0.6435 = 0.4115

Can someone please explain why this is

0 \leq \theta \leq \pi \Rightarrow \alpha \leq 2\theta+\alpha \leq 2\pi+\alpha

and 0.4115 is not within this range of values

If theta is less than or equal pi and greater than or equal to 0, 2 multipled by theta plus alpha will be less than or equal to 2 multipled by pi plus alpha and greater than or equal to alpha.
