Interesting study. I don’t really think about how much I smoke. Have you ever seen the NHS stop smoking kit? Next to useless. If I was a heroin addict I would methadone, but you can’t get nicotine gum on the NHS.

Interesting research.
I don’t drink much anymore simply because I don’t have the time, but I’ve always thought the recommended units thing was ridiculously arbitrary and totally unhelpful.
