UCL, St. Andrews or KCL

Hello. I'm pretty new on TSR, but I hope you can give me some advice regarding my problem.
I've got offers from UCL, St. Andrews and York for Maths and after reading about their courses and other things I've decided to firm UCL. However, I'm not very sure about my insurance... I haven't heard anything from KCL since I applied, but I'd like to know if St Andrews would be better than KCL and York.
Oh, I'd like to mention that I'm an EU applicant and unfortunately I couldn't visit them or attend any open day.
Any piece of advice would be really helpful, thank you very much. :smile:
one thing to think about is that st andrews and kcl are opposite sides of the spectrum in terms of living.. st andrews is a quaint golfing town in scotland, whereas london is, well, london.

I thought about that and I would probably prefer London as I've always lived in a small town.. but academically speaking, what is the difference between those two unis?
