(1) they're May Balls, not May Day balls and are nowhere near May Day.
(2) They're not open to non-students unless you know a student who can buy you a ticket (quite often has to be someone from that particular college as well), and in any case they're pretty much all sold out now.

Do you know if any May Day Balls are open to tourists/non-students?
Non-students can attend the balls, but you would need to get a student to get a ticket for you.
