Transcript after transferring?
Let's say I completed year 1 and year 2 at University of Westminster then transferred to Kingston, would you be able to tell from my final transcript that I've transferred?

You wont be able to transfer into a 3rd year of a degree course. No University will allow you to do 2/3rds of a degree somewhere else and walk out with their name on your degree.
