EU student's referee problem

I'm a French student in medicine , and i'm interested in applying for 2015 foundation program.
The problem is, that I can't find referees who speaks english and understand it .So i can't find one who can understand and complete the reference.

Have you ever have a problem regarding your referees ?

Make sure not just any person translates it. It should normally be an official translation by a qualified translator, if you want to be taken seriously.
