Work Experience @ Next Retail

(this is my first time posting ever so please dont curse me ! )
I have applied for a work experience placement at Next Retail (clothing) in Luton, however the EBP website keeps saying 'Pending' (it's been like this for a week). Could someone tell me their experience maybe on using this site and also if anyone works/has done WE at Next maybe tell me what it's like
