Do bouncers go clubbing themselves?

Or they more in to pub rock and the inevitable brawling that comes with it?

Can't really speak for all door men/women, but yes, quite a lot of the ones I've known I've seen in clubs when off duty. I've also seen a few at my local though.

Yes, one of my brother's friends is a bouncer and he goes clubbing. I also used to work in a pub a few years back and sometimes the bar staff would go out after work, the bouncers went with us on a few occasions.

There's plenty of fights in normal clubs as well...

I know, but dance music isn't their taste; and I know they hate all that, considering its the same sort of blokes who are in to football hooliganism

Having been in a gigging rock band for the past 2 years, and having played numerous pubs amongst other venues, I have never once seen this 'inevitable brawling' of which you say accompanies pub rock.
