Japan year abroad anyone?

Hi, I was wondering what people's experiences were when they went to japan for their year abroad, I want to do Japanese at university and I am super excited to do the 3rd year abroad!

That sounds so exciting! Are you all set? like paperwork, Visa as well? And is that process long?

Nowhere near as of yet! haha
I've been placed at ICU by my uni and have officially signed up for the year abroad.. but no word back from ICU until next month, and no visa until I get confirmation from both unis.. probably in August, right before I leave! I've been writing about the process as I go along, so some more info is at the links below :smile:
