C2 geometric series

HI all,

Write the nth term of the series in the form p x q^n, where r is 0.7 and a is 420.

So I know that u(n) = ar^(n-1) = 420 x 0.7^(n-1)

But how do I get the answer 600 x 0.7^n?

Many thanks!

420=600×0.7420 = 600 \times 0.7
