TSR Bollywood Society

Whether you think cinema died with Hitchcock or only got good once Michael Bay started blowing up helicopters, this is the place where moving pictures are discussed.

Interesting. It looks very entertaining from what's shown in the trailer, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Can't be serious films all the time. Entertainment is the main purpose of cinema after all. Most people don't like all 3 Khans, and I don't get that.
To me it doesnt, its just looks like endless nonsense, but thats my opinion :yep:. Theres nothing wrong with COMEDY, BUT not what they tend to show theres a difference between good comedy, action etc and bad comedy...which is what those films show
I love SRK and Amir, their films are worth watching

Salman Khan is pretty good, I've seen some really good performances from him. But I personally rate Aamir and Shahrukh ahead of him. I remember someone on here posting something that I agree with very much, that Shahrukh and Aamir are defined by their acting whereas Salman Khan has been defined more by his looks and body.

Anyway I was watching a compilation video and came across this song, very pleasing to the ear!

Good song. I'm surprised that nobody has posted it before. Yes, I think Salman has given some really good performances, but he needs to make his talent in the acting department shine through more by picking more performance-based scripts for his films.

Have you seen the movie behind that song, which is called 'Race' (2008)? If not, you should see it.

The dance steps of that song + tere mast mast do nain became very popular, very quickly. The dance steps in the songs of his forthcoming romantic action comedy 'Ready' have the potential to match them. Some of them are shown in this:

Ah, another one who prefers movies in the romance genre. Those of you who haven't seen the three legendary movies in that genre: DDLJ, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, and Maine Pyar Kiya should definitely watch them.

It is one of those songs that stays in your head + is pleasing to the ear.
Currently, these three are my favourites. I guess you can just listen to them a lot.

Getting up to date I see. Yes, the music is good, but the story isn't. Don't know what Akshay Kumar's playing at these days  It really is just the 3 Khans dominating at the moment. Not seeing much new talent.

Don't tell me you haven't seen MPK yet. You should also watch Guzaarish with Hrithik if you haven't seen it. Also, since you've seen both MNIK and Dabangg, you will enjoy the comedy scene below, featuring Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. Below that is one of the best songs from Action Replayy.

lol yeh sort of, we have a bunch of dvds that my dad bought recently, i just never get round to seeing them ..yeh akshay's films are always like that, sort of like salman's right
Actually that guy playing akshay's son, who was also in Guzaarish, dont know his name is actually prty good, i have a feeling hes going to be given alot of attention etc, he could be really good :yep:

nope havent seen MPK yet, but yeh i've seen Guzaarish, would recommend that as its diff from the usual bolly :yy:

lol @the scene, its good and so is that song, my personal fav is the other slow-ish one with ash on her own, not remembering the name ofc
