Hospital pre-reg placement
How hard is it to get a hospital pre-reg placement in London? I heard that it is competitive but how do they assess you? And how do you increase your chances?

VERY HARD. they only take the best. And as it is london it will have majority of the applicants.
All you can do is get as much experience possible and mention it on your CV. Hope to God you're lucky and get an interview and smash it I guess.
You have 4 choices, Have a good spread around the country and dont restrict yourself just to London.
