Help with final year psychology exam!
I've got this seen question for my final psychology exam thats worth 100%, but I'm stuck on how to tackle it.
The question is:
Critically evaluate how research into metacognition helps psychological understanding of consciousness.
In the lectures the different perspectives to consciousness were explained like dualism, materialism and functionalism, and then the hard and easy problems of consciousness. So I'm assuming I need to include these but then I don't know how to link these theories into the metacognition findings?
If anyone has any knowledge on metacognition or consciousness it would be really helpful!
