Just to clarify, is it the case that if our offer is conditional, we won't know if we've been granted accommodation until AFTER we get our results? Surely that doesn't give anyone enough time to prepare if the Uni has said no to our applications ):

From what I've read I'm pretty certain all people who put Exeter as their firm choice will be guaranteed accommodation, you just won't know where exactly on campus until you get your results. If Exeter is your insurance you won't be guaranteed accommodation and will have to apply in August. Conditional doesn't change your right to accommodation, its only if its your firm or insurance that changes things. Hope that helps you!
