Acknowledgement e-mail

I sent my postgraduate scholarship application documents by post 2 days ago, but still did not get an acknowledgement e-mail saying that my application is received. Is it normal not to get acknowledgement e-mail in 2 days? When does the Uni. of Westminster usually send the acknowledgement e-mails?

Few years ago, I remember, it took them about 2 weeks to send an email confirming the scholarship application has been deliver to them
