I explained why it was a problem, you were more HURRDURR THEY WEREN'T BORN HERE.

I do apologise if my argument consisted of one idiotic point as you've just claimed - but it didn't.

I explained as clearly as possible but you preferred to throw the race card out a lot instead of sustaining your points

Being born in a place indeed doesn't matter.
The very idea is ignorant.
The only objective value is the genetic heritage, which can confirm ones place in the racial hierarchy.

Coherent, simple and legitimate in your opinion. Hitler's opinions were coherent, simple and legitimate in his opinion, that statement means absolutely nothing. Both parties who represent your opinions best, UKIP and BNP, in the 2010 election both gained less than 1,000,000 votes each, obviously your opinion is not shared by the millions that you obviously think do. Although I am not implying that you are a Nazi, I am stating that the comments that you made were very similar to comments made in Mein Kampf, what made it more frightening was your use of language which was undeniably similar to that used by Hitler.

Well in addition to holding political opinions which I regard as reprehensible you do not seem able to read.

Neither do I. Have you seen the arguments? "Why should someone born here lose their place to an immigrant?"!

1) implying immigrants are inferior
2) implying immigrants don't deserve it
3) implying immigrants don't have rights/should get different treatment

There was one guy who claimed all immigrants get support off benefits and when I said that was bull, said "yeah well you can't prove it's bull"

I know it's just completely ridiculous! I am going to be applying for a primary school place this year and it just would not even come in to my head. Why on earth would it matter to me if my son lost out as long as they had a specific greater need for the place than him?

There is actually a Korean takeaway next to the school I am applying to and the owners have a son the same age. They live closer than me why should my child get a place over theirs just because they are immigrants?

An argument of cutting mass immigration and prioritising British school places for British children is hardly any resemblance to what Hitler did. We have learnt what fascism can do, and we have been very tolerant as a result, but I fear that fascism will become popular if immigrants continue arriving in large numbers, claiming benefits etc

I will repeat what I said in my reply to Old_Simon, I am not suggesting that you are a Nazi who believes in the extermination of those who you view as 'undesirable', maybe you do, I don't know all of what you believe. What I do believe however, is that you are anything but tolerant, you are a fascist, and you are issuing a fascist ultimatum.
No

They just need to find a better way to allocate them all..

Because of the pressures of immigration there will be primary school chaos next week when 80,000 kids will miss out on places and 1 in 8 won't get their first choice.

So should British kids get prioirty and be given allocated places first?

Tel me - Is there anything that goes in society that you won't blame it on black or brown people ?

It's raining ? Those non white people !!
No milk ? Those dam non white people !!

Two things I have a problem with, the term 'illegal immigrant' which is often used on here

1) It makes racism respectable.

It dehumanizes not just the thousands people in the UK who are without papers, but the millions whom many assume to be undocumented even though most are UK citizens and the people who people will assume to be
illegal immigrants will be not white, but their mistreatment is ok. Why ? Because the immigration debate has made racism respectable

2) It frames the debate on immigration.

It pins the blame on immigrants, not those who employ them and often take advantage of them, whom no one ever seems to call “illegal employers”. Nor does it blame the UK government’s immigration policy, which is millions of cases behind in meeting the country’s labour needs.

It makes it seem like the answer is to punish immigrants even though some are undocumented through no fault of their own. It makes police raids on black, brown, muslim neighbourhoods seem reasonable as well as racial profiling.

They should crack down on the people who continue to employ the undocumented workers. If there is no demand there will be no supply. They are always talking about putting up more fences and electric fences.

That is expensive and guess who will foot the bill on that ? You

The cheaper alternative will be to go after the companies who hire them and the places that house them.

I also notice that when brits go to other countries they are never called "illegal immigrants"

They are called ex-pats.

I addressed all of your points clearly, and in order. If you want me to rephrase any of my reply so that it is easier for you to comprehend, I'd be pleased to do so. I don't see anything reprehensible about treating everybody in the same way regardless of their country of origin...

That was exactly what I said earlier. But seriously, i want to know whether anyone would have objections to my earlier idea.

Okay, let's just let everyone in and bankrupt the whole country.

If you want to call it democracy EVERY child should have equal right to attend the best primary school.
No matter if he's British , Italian Turkish or Japanese.

This is a typical and off topic response. The phrase "illegal immigrant" hardly appears in this thread if at all. Most people object to legal immigration which has caused the shortfall in primary school places. But no. You seek to respond to a different - and imaginary - argument.

I don't understand how you equate immigration to bankruptcy. If anything immigration is a welcome boost to our economy. It means that there more people to do jobs that people like you are too lazy to even think about, ergo more taxpayers.

Now you are in your redoubt. Patronising pseudo intellectual rubbish to disguise your own disgusting treasonable socialist internationalist politics.

Yes, perhaps, but it is too risky. It would boost the economy with less problem if, as I said earlier if we would just use up their body and internal organs.

Why disgusting ? I think he's just being HUMAN
People like me?
You don't know me at all. You know my opinions but you don't know my life, and let's keep it that way.

Immigration is only good for us now if the worker is skilled, like a doctor or nurse.
We have plenty of unskilled workers, more than needed.
Immigration has meant that my local council has cancelled elderly transportation services because they have had to fund an influx of Romanians & Arabs who have been trashing council houses and fly tipping in the area.

You assume that because I want a decline in immigration that I must be a racist, which makes me think you're quite stupid. My doctor is a Muslim, why would I not welcome her here? She pays taxes, she contributed to society. Shipping over unskilled immigrants en mass means more benefits payouts, more houses need building, more schools, hospitals, extra policing budget...the list is endless. That's why we would go bankrupt.

Tyrion pointed out to me some of your 'points' and I don't mean to butt in on your debate but PAHAHAHA!

'British citizens are more deserving of school places over immigrants' isn't an argument in and of itself, why are they more deserving?

Also here is some anecdotal (and fact based) evidence that not all immigrants come here to claim benefits. I work for a well known homeless organisation and a lot of our service users are immigrants. Romanians, for example, are NOT allowed to claim benefits until they have been here 6months, they must also have been working for 6months. However they are NOT allowed to take up traditional forms of employment, they must be self-employed. These policies lead to the demonisation of immigrants as they are forced to do work which people associate with criminality and scams (I.e. Scrap metal collecting). From my own experience working with a variety of nationalities I can tell you immigrants (particularly Romanians) work about 10x harder than British individuals who are in similar circumstances. This is certainly not true for 100% of immigrants but I have seen little evidence to suggest migrants can (and do) come here to be lazy.

I think that when a country is defined as a democracy it's not only because of the role of its parliament
But that's only mi opinion :l
