Bassetts mate you're describing depression anxiety and or low self esteem
you need a doctor for that and stress management/ideally CBT

Training may help boost testosterone and WILL boost endorphins making you feel better but the gym ALONE won't solve something psychological!

I am also lifting for stress management and am getting tested for low T but it is probably not physical when we're in our 20s!!!
Don't play doctor, there's a reason you sit on that side of the desk.

Oh so now you think I might have low testosterone.

Lifting is NOT raising my testosterone and it is not releasing endorphins, as far as I am aware.

If lifting isn't releasing endorphins for you, your.mind is programmed negatively and you NEED to see a doctor to discuss treatment for depression dude. I say this as a friend

blaha article was v interesting!

I wouldn't mind hearing the results of your test for low T. :colondollar: I still do want to get tested myself.

Tip for low testosterone: Don't **** for a a fortnight.
Just out of interest, I don't suppose you are cutting are you? Losing weight too fast can produce symptoms almost identical to low T (I wonder if it actually lowers it?)

Loss of libido, difficulty thinking of sex, very few erections, weak erections, tiredness, fatigue, depression, irritability, loss of strength and muscle mass, increased fat tissue on chest area.

edit: and difficulty sleeping (eg. going to bed at 10pm and waking up at 3am, going to bed at 9pm and waking up at 1:30am, strange things like that)

it's called "average testosterone levels", and is a big reason a lot of people roid, even at low dose

if you're looking for an excuse to juice, just stop and juice already.

Disagree. They're symptoms of high stress.
Cortisol running continuously through your body (i.e. under constant stress) has a blow on libido and your mood. This doesn't mean you have low testosterone it means your T production or at least your erections are getting inhibited by stress. This is why I say-see a doctor. Sounds psychological bro.
ITT: The Amateur Endocrinologist Room.

You can't work out your hormone profile from a set of nonspecific symptoms. See a doctor instead of relying on Captain Internet to play 20 Questions with your endocrine system.

I think they're symptoms of stress and poor mental health. Testosterone is known to promote a sense of well-being, confidence, and enhance mood, so being on testosterone is likely to make feelings like that less common.

OP, serious question: do you stay up late watching porn? Like, for hours? Do you watch enough porn that it disrupts other activities like schoolwork or time with friends?

Can you take a blood test to see if you have high cortisol?

I have heard that testosterone can also be a casuse of bad mood swings. Is that true?

No I don't stay up late watching porn or masturbating. I hardly ever watch porn or masturbate full stop these days. However I do stay up late, usually doing work or on the computer doing other stuff.
