Where should I study Maths?!

Hi all,

I applied to do maths, and received offers from Baths, Bristol, Glasgow and King's College London. I'm currently trying to decide between Bristol and King's for my firm choice: would it be wrong to choose King's over Bristol (which ranks higher in the maths tables), or will a maths degree be mostly seen as the same from either of these institutions? Any comments/opinions would be appreciated!

Thanks.
I very much doubt that a degree from either would seems substantially better/worse than the other, so I think it's more important to pick the course/university that's more suited to you. There's no right or wrong university, just what fits your needs. Also, bear in mind the league tables aren't just a set-in-stone list that employers read down to judge your degree, they have an element of subjectivity that shouldn't be overlooked, as they are based partially on student satisfaction/entry requirements, which won't necessarily affect the degree's merit.
