When do we use the upper bounds and lower bounds of the group eg

140-150 ?

I think you use upper and lower bounds when there is no overlap between the groups. So 125-139 and 140-154. You would use 124.5 and 139.5.
And when they don't overlap so 150-160. 160-170 you don't.
I may be wrong but that's what I have been doing :redface:
