What's the lowest mark can somone get on AS and still gain A at the end of A level?

I am sure this has been posted in the past but anyone can give me an indication what could be the lowest that somone get get on AS exams on a subject and still gain A at the end of second year?

thank you
If you got 100% in A2 year, you could get an average mark of 60% (the lower boundary of a C) at AS. In this case, you'd actually get an A*.

To get an A overall, you simply need to average 80%. To get an A*, you need 80% average over both years and 90% at A2 (with the exception of maths, which is slightly different).

Well 80% UMS = an A

Assuming you get 100% in A2, you can scrape a C in AS and get an A
