i have only 6 weeksIt's not too late at all; you'll learn more in 6 weeks doing 3 hours a day than doing nothing for 6 weeks because you're moping around about it. 3 hours a day, an hour each with breaks inbetween is fine. Just do it; it's not even 1% of your life.

I assume you'll be back at school when the Easter holidays finish? Go to school and do 3 hours a day at home after school. How do you get to school? You could record yourself speaking and play it back when you're travelling to school. Talk to yourself in the shower, getting dressed, repeating core phrases and content.
