Doing the CPE/LPC part-time

I quite fancy working whilst studying for these exams, rather than doing them in 2 yrs full-time. How would sponsorship/applications for TC be affected by doing this?

What kind of firm do you want to do your TC at? City firms tend to send you to their preferred LPC provider so I would expect them to want you to do it full time.

hey, having just done the lpc im glad i did it full time...i dont think i couldve coped doing it part time - sometimes you can be a student for too long, lol! But, having said that, its a good option if you manage to get a job in a solicitors for the rest of the time: you get experience and you may even get a tc out of it.
