Blank box on form

Hello, I can't believe I did this but on my birth/adoption form that I sent in this morning, I forgot to write my birth certificate number. Everything else is filled and my birth certificate is with the form. Does anyone know how much of a problem this is going to be?

Hi there,

I would advise that you send another birth/adoption certificate form into us as normally, without the birth certificate number, this will not be accepted.

Thanks for the reply, do I need to send in the part where someone signed for me again or is only the first page required?

What will happen to the documents I've already sent in?
