IBM industrial placement matching process/ business interview

I've recently passed the assessment centre, and I've been told I'm in the matching stage of the process. Does anyone know what the business interview is like? And the chances of actually being made an offer at this stage?

Hey Danbanbury, I passed it too, got the news around 3-4 weeks ago, so more or less around the same time as you did. Haven't heard anything from them yet, what about you?

Chances once in matching are generally very good, as if you don't get the first role you're matched to they will go ahead and match you with another etc. If you've made it that far, you obviously have the right aptitude, so it's just a case of finding the right fit with a role/manager.

Don't be shy about turning down roles you're matched with if they aren't right for you. IBM tend to try and direct you in to areas where they have a shortage of applicants in the first instance (happen to myself and several others I know), so be confident in saying you aren't interested in "X" and wish to pursue "Y".
