Anyone here starting/doing/finished the Insanity workout?

I started it last year but ended up doing 14 days before I stopped doing it was Ramadan began and after doing the workouts for 2 days during Ramadan I realised it wasn't sustainable while fasting.

So for those who have completed it, what's your experience been like? Have you lost much weight, and kept it off? And have you gained muscle mass, becomes toned, improved stamina, etc?

For those who are doing it now, how is it going so far? Is the 2nd month a lot harder than the first?

Google it. It's a very popular routine.

It's okay for getting you up and moving, but there's little back work or legs. You're predominantly doing push exercises as cardio.

I wouldn't say it's good for gaining muscle mass, but it's very good cardio.

I have the full set saved on my computer. Will be starting it soon.

What would you recommend? I'm not a beginner so something above that, that's challenging would be good.
