I got offers from UCL and Uni. of Birmingham for MSc Computer Science(conversion). Which one is better in your opinion?

UCL has a better brand name in general and (afaik) is slightly stronger in computer science -- this seems like a no-brainer unless there is some specific reason why you want to go to Birmingham (eg is there a particular academic there you want to work with in order to do a PhD afterwards, or do you have family/etc there?)
